Course description
This 1-day CRMT(Line) programme is specifically designed for participants who will move into roles as line or sim trainers. Our experienced instructors provide practical, hands-on training that you can immediately apply to your role as a CRMT Line trainer. We help you develop the skills you need to effectively assess and train flight crew members in CRM techniques, ensuring that they are prepared to handle real-world situations in the cockpit.
EASA & CAA regulations require the relevant elements of the CRM/TEM training syllabus to be integrated into LIFUS training. All personnel involved in LIFUS training must be competent and able to deliver these elements to the required depth. This course covers the relavnt skills and knowledge for personnel involved in LIFUS training.
